Thickening Powder

Thicken plastisol ink quickly when the mixture is too loose for the mesh, image, or deposit you need. This lightweight powder starts changing viscosity as it is mixed, so the operator can adjust the ink without waiting for a delayed effect.

Add a small amount at a time, stir completely, and check the ink before adding more. Test printability, cure, flexibility, and wash performance before changing a full production batch.
