The Soft Touch Tape Dispenser keeps screen tape controlled while protecting the operator from a sharp exposed cutter. Its weighted or mounted base holds the roll steady so tape can be pulled and cut with one hand during screen setup.

Load the roll in the correct direction and place the dispenser where the tape path stays clear. Replace a damaged blade rather than forcing the tape through it.
