Reclaiming Powder

Reclaiming Powder turns water into an economical emulsion-removing solution. The standard mixture uses two ounces of powder per gallon of water, allowing a shop to mix only the amount needed for the day or prepare a larger batch for routine screen reclaiming.

The solution can be used with common screen-mesh types. Dissolve the powder completely, wet the screen, work the mixture into both sides of the stencil, and rinse before it dries.

Mixing options:

• Two ounces per gallon for normal use
• One pound makes up to eight gallons at the standard ratio
• A stronger five-gallon batch can be prepared for difficult stencils
