Saatichem Remove ER2

Busy reclaiming rooms benefit from a concentrate that can be mixed for the workload instead of stored as mostly water. Remove ER2 dissolves common emulsions and capillary films before pressure washing.

Why ER2 works well in busy reclaiming areas:

• Mixes at approximately 35 parts water to one part concentrate
• Does not readily crystallize in spray bottles
• Helps prepare the mesh for the next degreasing step
• Concentrated format lowers chemical cost per screen

Remove as much ink as possible before applying ER2. Coat both sides of the wet screen, keep the solution from drying, and pressure wash after the emulsion has softened.
