Thermolabels

Temperature:
Description

Dryer displays and heat-press controls do not show the exact temperature reached inside the ink film. Thermolabels change permanently at specific temperatures, giving the operator a physical reading from the production cycle.

Place the label where it measures the ink film or application area, then run the normal production cycle.

Useful for:

  • Setting conveyor belt speed
  • Checking low-cure ink
  • Finding heat-press temperature differences
  • Documenting troubleshooting tests

A label confirms temperature, not total time at temperature. Wash testing remains important when verifying a new cure setup.
