Saatichem Remove IR4

For everyday off-press cleanup, Remove IR4 breaks ink away from screens and tools before it dries into a harder deposit. The cleaner is applied in the washout area rather than used as a full reclaiming bath.

Correct sequence matters:

• Wet the screen before applying IR4
• Scrub the front and back with a reclaiming pad
• Use generous rinse water after the ink releases

Starting with a dry screen can make IR4 seem weak. Pre-wetting allows the cleaner to spread and perform as intended.
