ELT Sample Kit

Before changing the ink on your shelf, prove the difference on your own press. The ELT Sample Kit gives you six useful colors, a difficult-polyester underbase, temperature labels, and two performance shirts. You can compare coverage, flash, stretch, bleed resistance, and cure using the equipment your operators use every day.

What ELT Can Help You Control:

• Dye migration on polyester and performance garments
• Ghosting, shrinking, scorching, and fabric color changes caused by too much heat
• Weak coverage on dark fabric
• Cracking on garments that need the print to stretch
• Long flash exposure between colors

Run a Side-by-Side Test:

Print ELT on one shirt and your current ink on the other. Keep the artwork, mesh, and stroke as close as possible. After curing, compare opacity and hand. Stretch the prints, wash them, and inspect polyester again after it rests so delayed dye migration has time to appear.

Start with 86 to 110 mesh and a 70 durometer squeegee. ELT can cure from 250°F to 320°F, based on the fabric and ink film. Place a Thermolabel where it measures the ink film, not only the dryer air. The best result is a fully cured print at the lowest safe temperature for the garment.
