Frame Adhesive Kit

The Frame Adhesive Kit provides the two-part chemistry needed to bond stretched mesh to aluminum or wood frames. Mixed adhesive locks the mesh to the prepared frame edge so tension can be released from the stretching equipment after the bond cures.

A strong bond starts with preparation:

• Clean and roughen the frame contact area
• Mix adhesive and hardener at the specified ratio
• Apply a thin, continuous bead through the mesh
• Allow full cure before trimming or releasing tension

Use proper ventilation, gloves, and eye protection while mixing and applying the adhesive. Old adhesive, incorrect mixing, or a contaminated frame can cause mesh to release under tension.
