PalletGel Installation Kit

The PalletGel Installation Kit supplies the tools needed to install a reusable PalletGel sheet on a printing platen. A careful installation creates a smooth, washable tack layer that can be refreshed with a simple cleaning instead of repeatedly using aerosol adhesives.

Installation priorities:

• Start with a flat, clean platen
• Align the gel before final contact
• Work air pockets toward the edge
• Trim only after the surface is fully seated

Follow the kit sequence and take time around corners and bracket areas. A wrinkle or trapped particle will show through the garment during printing.
