Saatichem Textil DW

Use a violet diazo emulsion when the shop needs stencil resistance for plastisol ink. Textil DW has medium viscosity and high solids, this helps build a clean stencil with fewer pinholes, strong resolution, and a wide exposure latitude.

Mix the sensitized emulsion as directed, coat in a clean area, and set exposure with a step test.
