OSI Inkjet Film

OSI Inkjet Film gives screen printers a clear, coated sheet for producing film positives on compatible inkjet printers. The receptive side holds the printed image while the transparent base allows close contact with the coated screen during exposure.

For cleaner stencil edges:

• Identify and print on the coated side
• Use the highest practical black-ink density
• Allow sheets to dry before handling
• Store unused film flat and protected from moisture

A short exposure test will show whether the printer and ink combination produces enough density. Fine halftones may require RIP settings that differ from bold spot-color artwork.
