Puff Powder Additive

Turn inks you already use into special-effect formulas with Puff Powder Additive. Depending on the amount added, the powder can create a puff effect, increase opacity, or give the print a matte finish. It gives you more control over the finished look for tees, sweats, socks, caps, and other screen printed garments.

Mixing Ratios

• Puff effect: Add 1 pound of Puff Powder Additive to 1 gallon of ink.
• Higher opacity: Add 0.3 pounds of Puff Powder Additive to 1 gallon of ink.
• Matte finish: Add 0.1 pounds of Puff Powder Additive to 1 gallon of ink.

We recommend making a pretest print and checking cure conditions on the actual fabric before production. Stir the ink vigorously before each use. Viscosity may need adjustment for the best print results.
