Why It Makes Sense:
A shop can lose time when a PVC-free order needs a special shade. With the pigments and base already on hand, you can mix the color, make a test print, and keep control of the schedule. You also avoid buying more finished ink than the order requires.
Production Notes:
- Recommended mesh range: 86 to 230, based on opacity and detail
- Recommended squeegee: 70 durometer
- Cure range: 300°F to 320°F
- Use enough ink deposit on stretch fabric so the print can flex
- Pretest the exact garment and wash the print before approval
