Low evaporation matters in a washout booth where cleaner needs time to work instead of disappearing from the mesh. Remove IR26 pre loosens plastisol ink for scrubbing and pressure rinsing.

Control the strength for the job:

• Mix 1:1 for a strong everyday solution
• Use a 2:1 water-to-product blend for lighter cleaning
• Apply full strength only when the stencil and job require it
• Vanilla scent and low evaporation support booth use

Non-solvent-resistant emulsions need the diluted mixture. Remove excess ink first, scrub both sides, and rinse thoroughly so no cleaner remains before the stencil-removal step.
