Choose the online formula, weigh the finished ELT Mix & Match inks, blend them well, and make a test print. Because you are mixing finished inks instead of raw pigments, the process is simple to learn and easy to repeat.

Good Starting Setup:

• Recommended mesh: 86 to 110 for difficult polyester; finer mesh may work when the ink deposit allows it
• Recommended squeegee: 70 durometer
• Cure range: 250°F to 320°F, based on the fabric and formula
• Use a Thermolabel and wash test to confirm the full ink film reached cure

Stir each color before weighing. Tare the mixing container, follow the formula exactly, and scrape the sides and bottom while blending. Always make a drawdown or test print before production.
