Stop waiting for a custom color to be made and shipped. The ELT Ink-to-Ink Mixing System lets you build the color in your own ink room. Choose the online formula, weigh the finished ELT Mix & Match inks, blend them well, and make a test print. Because you are mixing finished inks instead of raw pigments, the process is simple to learn and easy to repeat.
Best Features:
- Mix Pantone®-simulated colors when the order arrives
- Handle rush jobs without waiting for a custom-color shipment
- Mix only the amount needed for the job, which helps reduce leftover ink
- Repeat approved colors with formulas measured by weight
- Keep the opacity, stretch, bleed resistance, and low-cure performance of ELT ink
- Use the system on cotton, polyester, blends, stretch fabric, and many other garments after testing

Why It Helps Your Shop:
Picture a customer approving a team color today and asking for the same color again next season. Save the formula and your production notes. When the reorder arrives, you have a clear path back to the color they approved. You can move faster, control the amount mixed, and keep the job in your shop.
Good Starting Setup:
- Recommended mesh: 86 to 110 for difficult polyester; finer mesh may work when the ink deposit allows it
- Recommended squeegee: 70 durometer
- Cure range: 250°F to 320°F, based on the fabric and formula
- Use a Thermolabel and wash test to confirm the full ink film reached cure
Stir each color before weighing. Tare the mixing container, follow the formula exactly, and scrape the sides and bottom while blending. Always make a drawdown or test print before production. Formulas are available online at www.onestrokeinks.com, and the Mixing System Tour video shows the process from start to finish.
* Note: For best results, always test print and cure on the actual fabric before production.
