ELT-S Sample Kit

Unit:
Description

ELT-S is made for jobs that need low cure, a soft hand, and more stretch. This kit gives you six half-pint colors so you can test the series on performance wear, Lycra blends, polyester, and everyday garments before buying full-size containers.

What's Included:

  • 1/2 pint of ELT-S Black
  • 1/2 pint of ELT-S Black Underbase
  • 1/2 pint of ELT-S Gold
  • 1/2 pint of ELT-S Medium Royal
  • 1/2 pint of ELT-S Scarlet
  • 1/2 pint of ELT-S White

Best Reasons to Test ELT-S:

  • Super-stretchy ink film for athletic and flexible garments
  • Soft finished hand that does not feel heavy on the shirt
  • Low cure helps reduce heat-related fabric problems
  • Fast flash helps limit the time the garment sits under heat
  • High opacity gives strong color on dark fabric
  • Black Underbase can improve bleed resistance and help hold down fuzzy polyester fibers

Make the Test Tough:

Print a solid area, fine detail, and a section that crosses a high-stretch part of the shirt. Let the print cool before pulling it. Then wash and dry the garment. A thin ink deposit may feel soft, but it may not have enough film strength for extreme stretch, so compare more than one deposit.

Begin with 86 to 110 mesh and a 70 durometer squeegee. ELT-S may cure from 250°F to 320°F. Use enough ink to support the stretch and verify cure with a temperature test and wash test. For sublimated polyester, use ELT Digital Black Underbase rather than ELT-S Black Underbase.

* Note: For best results, always test print and cure on the actual fabric before production.
