Franmar One Step Clear

A single dip-tank bath can remove both ink and stencil when the chemistry is built for both jobs. One Step Clear combines those reclaiming steps for plastisol, UV, and water-based production screens.

Dip-tank advantages:

• Mix one part concentrate with six parts water
• Typical soak time begins around three to five minutes
• Safe for wood, aluminum, and roller frames
• Working solution can remain useful for months

Strip tape and scrape excess ink before the screen enters the tank. After soaking, move the frame to the washout booth and rinse with clean pressurized water. As the bath ages, expect the required soak time to increase.
