Lumiflect Series

Lumiflect makes fashion-reflective printing feel much closer to normal plastisol printing than other reflective options. It is made for direct printing on soft garments, especially cotton, where the ink can settle into the fabric and allow a bright reflective effect.

At a glance:

• Decorative reflective effect responds to headlights, flash, and stage light
• Prints more like normal plastisol than many reflective systems
• For best results, direct print without an underbase or print-flash-print
• Good choice for soft cotton and poly/cotton fashion graphics
• Recommended setup: 86 to 180 mesh; cure at 320°F to 330°F

Do not print-flash-print Lumiflect and do not place it over an underbase. A thick layer can block the reflective material. Print once, let the ink rest briefly before running through the dryer, and test the cure.

Lumiflect is a decorative reflective ink, not a replacement for certified safety material. Use it when the design needs to catch headlights, camera flash, or stage light and surprise the viewer.
