Squeegee Rubber

The blade controls how ink is sheared through the stencil, so worn or incorrect rubber can change deposit, edge quality, and press pressure. Replacement squeegee rubber lets a shop rebuild handles in the durometer and profile required for the job.

Choose by the job:

• Lower durometer for heavier deposits and uneven surfaces
• Medium durometer for general textile printing
• Higher durometer for detail and controlled ink film
• Profile and sharpness also affect the deposit

Store unused rubber flat and away from heat, sunlight, and solvent. Replace a blade when the printing edge no longer returns to a clean, straight shape.
