Ink Mixing Drill Bit

The Ink Mixing Drill Bit speeds up blending in gallons and larger containers. Its shape moves heavy plastisol from the bottom and sides of the bucket so pigments, additives, and base can be combined more evenly than with a hand spatula.

For cleaner mixing:

• Use a variable-speed drill
• Begin slowly to avoid throwing ink
• Keep the blade below the surface

Do not use excessive speed. Whipping air into plastisol can create bubbles and heat, making the ink harder to evaluate immediately after mixing.
