Low Temperature Ink:  There are so many benefits of low temperature plastisol inks.  Most of these benefits involve protecting the apparel you are decorating.  It is far too expensive to replace tees, uniforms, and hoodies when heat-related problems appear.  Even worse, you may not know how much damage has occurred until the entire order was screen printed.  Switch to our low temperature inks and print with total confidence on any fabric!

Low temperature ink prevents:  shrinking, scorching, dye migration, fabric discoloration, ghosting, and melting.

Additional benefits include:  lower energy cost, opaque and bleed resistant formulas, universal (print all fabrics)

Universal Ink:  These are inks perfectly suited for mixed runs of cotton and high performance fabrics.  Think about one ink for your shop instead of numerous specialized inks for each individual fabric.  Universal inks make this happen in an ink formula which often will not require a white base on dark fabrics.  This is perfect when you simply want to print, flash, print a gold or scarlet ink on black fabric to save a screen.

Universal ink benefits:  one ink for all fabrics, opaque formulas, very bleed resistant for polyester

Mix & Match Systems:  If you require custom colors on a regular basis, a mix and match system may be a perfect fit.  Mix and match systems allow you to mix your own simulated PantoneĀ® colors using our online software.  Mix and match systems are available in an ink-to-ink system and a pigment-to-base system.

Mix & match system benefits:  quickly mix custom colors, easy to use software, high performance ink.

Cotton & Poly/Cotton Ink:  These inks are formulated specifically for decorating tees and sweats.  Depending on the look you are trying to achieve, we have inks which are super-soft, ultra-opaque, bleed resistant, and even simple general purpose.  One important factor to consider is the fuzz.  Fuzz can ruin wonderful art work.  We offer many inks which will help combat this problem with our high performance ink formulas.

Polyester Ink:  High performance polyester is extremely popular!  Unfortunately, it may be difficult to decorate due to dye migration problems.  Luckily we formulate special low bleed, opaque ink formulas specifically for polyester tees, uniforms, bags, and jackets.  These inks are very easy-to-print.  Keep in mind polyester dyes may migrate immediately or they may migrate after the apparel has been washed and dried.  Our inks help prevent this dye migration from ever occurring.

Nylon Ink:  Nylon material such as football uniforms, cinch sacks, gym bags, and jackets can be difficult for ink to adhere.  Our nylon ink will adhere to untreated nylon without any special catalyst or additive.  If the fabric is waterproof or water resistant, simply add 10% nylon catalyst and our ink will be able to adhere.  Aside from the special adhesion properties, nylon ink needs to be very tough and durable.  Our formulations will achieve this and more!

Process Ink:  Four color process inks need to reproduce photo-realistic art work.  This requires an excellent color gamut and easy printing through very fine screen mesh.  One Stroke Inks has you covered as our four color process ink is everything you have been looking for!

Stretch Ink:  Screen printing blends of spandex, lycra, and even stretchy 100% polyester will require an ink which is extremely elastic.  The blends of polyester will also require excellent bleed resistance as the dye in the fabric may migrate into the print.  One Stroke Inks manufactures numerous high performance plastisol inks with the stretch, opacity, and bleed resistance required to be successful on items such as wrestling singlets, sports bras, football uniforms, volleyball uniforms, and much more.

Neon/Fluorescent Ink:  Neon inks are eye-popping colors!  We offer neon colors in many different formulas.  Most will require a white base to keep their vivid color on dark fabrics.  An added bonus of neon/fluorescent inks is that they glow under blacklights.  This can be a very cool effect for roller skating and bars.

Transfer Ink:  We manufacture ink for cold peel, hot peel, hot split, and low temperature heat transfers.  We also offer the supplies such as transfer adhesive powder and some transfer paper.  Transfer ink (hot split ink in particular) requires a very special formula to properly and evenly release from the transfer paper.  Without these special formulas, transfer printing would be horribly inconsistent and not as durable as you would like.  Consider low temperature transfers as they can decorate any fabric and will protect delicate fabrics from heat damage.
