Nylon Catalyst (Non-Phthalate)

Non-Phthalate Nylon CatalystOur new non-phthalate nylon catalyst is used as a bonding agent for printing substrates such as waterproof nylon or waterproof polyester. Simply mix 10% nylon catalyst to 90% ink immediately before printing these jackets and bags. Use with our athletic inks for best results. This new formulation of nylon catalyst will mix with any of our plastisol inks if necessary.

MSDS

Soy Reducer

Soy ReducerThe new Soy Reducer was developed for use in the new Soymax Series plastisol ink. By using this reducer, the Soymax Series will remain within the soy ink guidelines of the American Soybean Association. Soy Reducer will also perform in standard plastisol inks.

Specifications - MSDS

Reducer #2

Reducer #2Use Reducer #2 to reduce the viscosity in most plastisol inks. Gellation and fusion temperature properties of the base plastisol could change with the addition of this product. Use of more than 10% is not recommended.

MSDS

Hot Split Reducer

Hot Split ReducerSpecifically formulated for the 380 Series hot split transfer inks. Use 3-5% of HS Reducer to reduce viscosity without changing the gellation properties of hot split inks. Use of more than 10% is not recommended.

MSDS

Curable Reducer

Curable ReducerCurable reducer will cure by itself into a soft, durable film. It may be added at higher proportions than non-curable reducers with little effect on cure properties.  Note: Curable Reducer can reduce color intensity when used at high levels.

MSDS

Athletic Reducer

Athletic ReducerFormulated to reduce viscosity without harming adhesion to nylon substrates as conventional reducers will. It is also recommended for all One Stroke Inks high performance/low bleed inks. Note: Check the specifications on the inks you are using to determine the best reducer for your application.

MSDS

Reducer I

Reducer IChemical reducer designed to drop the viscosity of inks quickly while using very little liquid. Only 1/2 ounce is needed to reduce a gallon of plastisol ink.

MSDS

Visco Minus

Visco MinusVisco Minus is a chemical reducer designed to lower ink viscosity without harming the color stability or strength of the plastisol. Very little Visco Minus is needed to drop the viscosity of even the thickest inks.
