Ready-to-use, one-step mesh abrader, wetting agent, and degreaser. Direct Prep 1 prepares new monofilament synthetic fabric. It has a dyed color to ensure a complete rinse from the mesh. Highly recommended for capillary film and liquid emulsion preparation.

The Direct Prep 2 is a ready-to-use degreaser and wetting agent. After initial fabric roughening, use with each reuse of synthetic monofilament mesh. It can also be used to prepare new multifilament and stainless steel mesh. The dyed color ensures complete rinse from the mesh. Direct Prep 2 is highly recommended for use with photopolymer direct emulsions.

These chemical resistant scrub pads will withstand punishment much longer in the de-hazing, degreasing, and reclaiming process. The handle is permanently attached to the scrub pad. Saati Screen Scrubbers are available individually or by the case of 24.

Non-absorbent white pads that are gentle and super tough red and blue pads. Cleans without doing damage to the emulsion or absorbing solvent. Re-usable handles are also available.
