The 222 Series is our general purpose nylon screen printing ink. Mainly for printing 100% nylon uniforms, shorts, bags, and jackets, the 222 Series does not require the use of a bonding agent or catalyst for adhesion to these items unless they are waterproof or water resistant. Available in many colors with custom color matching available.

222 High Opacity White is a great compliment to the 222 Series colors.  This white ink will have all of the same qualities except the opacity has been increased so you won't have to double print every nylon short or uniform that you encounter.

When screen printing the most stretchable spandex and lycra blend polyester uniforms, the Polystretch Plus colors will give you the elongation required for durable, long-lasting prints. No additives are needed for adhesion. Simply print with an 86 or 110 mesh to allow for the most flexible print possible.  If you are printing on dark fabrics, we suggest an underbase with the Polystretch Plus White.

The Polystretch Plus White is a must for those of you printing with the Polystretch Plus colors.  This stretchable white ink has a much higher opacity than the colors, helping prevent dye migration and coverage issues don dark fabrics.

Very similar to the Polystretch Plus Series, the Nylostretch is formulated specifically for the spandex and lycra blend nylon uniforms where bleed resistance is not required. The ink cures extremely stretchable, flexible, and durable. No additives are needed for adhesion. The same rules apply: print with an 86 or 110 mesh to allow for the most flexible print possible.

Nylostretch White compliments the Nylostretch Series colors.  This white will be very opaque on all of the stretchable blends of nylon/lycra and nylon/spandex.  Even with its excellent coverage, this ink will stretch without cracking on some of the most difficult fabrics.

Available in an enormous color selection, the Sports Series is absolutely tough against bleeding 100% polyester uniforms, bags, and jackets. This plastisol ink has excellent opacity, often able to cover on dark polyester without the use of a flash unit. Sports Series provides some stretchability allowing for prints on many flexible polyester uniforms.

One of the strongest white inks against dye migration, the Sports White will hold up very well on red and black polyester uniforms.  In addition to its great bleed resistance, Sports White covers great without multiple flashes and has enough stretchability to handle many moisture management uniforms.
